1. How does the 30-day free trial work?

The first month’s service charge is waived automatically. After 30 days, a monthly service charge will apply.

2. What is my PIN number?

By default your PIN number is the last four digits of your AT&T mobile phone number. For example, if your phone number is 999-555-1234, your PIN would be 1234.

3. What if I receive a call while navigating?

If your handset receives an incoming phone call while you are using the service, you will be prompted to take the call. While on the call, AT&T Navigator will continue to run in the background.

4. How often is the information (maps, business listings) on AT&T Navigator updated?

The maps and business listings are updated automatically every three months. AT&T Navigator running on your phone is able to instantly access the updates and incorporate the new information.

5. Where can I learn more about the traffic feature, including the cities supported?
